My name is Charlton Shadafe Strachan. I was on December 8th 1991 on the small island of New Providence.  I currently live with parents Thomasina and Charton, my brother Charton Jr. my two sister’s Charlsina, Charlcearria and brother Charton Jr.

At the age of 10 I became the top artist of Thelma Gibson Primary. From then I received a sense of direction for my life and set a goal to become an artist.

The art teacher at Doris Johnson discovered my talent and my dreams started to come true when I aced my art BJC exam.  From then on I was introduced to the National Art & Craft school enrichment program.

In 2007 I won the governors choice award at the Central Bank of The Bahamas art exhibit.

Currently I am studying art at Doris Johnson in the 12th grade. My goal is to pas my art BGCSE with an A.
After this I want to further my education in art at college and become an artist.
